Who Should Join ?

  • To practice as a veterinarian, it is essential to have a Bachelor's degree in Veterinary Science (B.V.Sc.). For taking admission in the B.V.Sc. & A.H. ( Bachelor of Veterinary Science and Animal Husbandry) course, the minimum requisite qualifications is 10+2 with Physics, Chemistry , and Biology (PCB).
  • One can also pursue a Postgraduation in Veterinary Science (M.V.Sc.), which is a 2-year course. For admission to PG courses, you should have a bachelor’s degree in veterinary science.

Admission to most veterinary colleges is on the basis of entrance examination conducted by the concerned universities.
